Cancellation & Return Policy

Policy Overview

All distributors should understand that this is strictly a RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY. This means we can exchange returned products with other products of equivalent Business Value (BV) and resend them to the respective distributor.

Important: This policy does not mean that the company will return the money. The value of any purchased goods would already be calculated and the commission(s) would already be distributed within the week.

This policy is valid for 7 days from the date of receipt of the package. After this period, exchanges will not be accepted.

Distributorship Terms

  • If suspending or terminating distributorship is necessary, the company will notify the distributor in writing via email and inform their sponsor.
  • The company reserves the right to take further actions against terminated distributors, including seeking compensation and recovering damages.
  • The company retains the right to amend or modify any part of these procedures as deemed necessary by management.

Exchange Conditions

Within India

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product's expiration date must be at least 3 months from the return date
  • Products must be unused and in original condition
  • Labels should be untorn and clean
  • Seals must not be broken or damaged
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns
  • Distributor must bear all applicable courier charges in advance
  • Only regularly sold items may be exchanged (no sale/offer/discount items)
  • Distributor covers courier charges both to and from the company

Outside India

NO EXCHANGE AND NO REFUND. ALL GOODS SOLD AND DELIVERED ARE NON-REPLACEABLE.
